As someone who lives outside of the United States, I think social media should not be regulated by the United States, as it would give them an unfair advantage over other countries.

I think that users who in public places like Twitter perform that kind of acts should be prosecuted under their own law. So maybe the solution would be creating a law in the US for your public personalities.
